Ignition class “intrinsically safe” when used together with a suitable certified isolation amplifier

Inductive Namur sensors consist essentially of an oscillator with an oscillator coil which can be damped an a demodulator.

These sensors can be used in potentially explosive systems or areas based on their ATEX designation (when used with a suitable isolation amplifier).
